We incorporate Motor control drills, end range loading, joint mobilization, joint articulation, PNF stretching, regressive and progressive loading, movement flow, restorative stretching and breath work into our videos. Designed for the movements and demands in CrossFit, weightlifting and powerlifting.

MVMNT’s knowledge is built on a foundation in Kinesiology, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) COMBINED WITH NCCP-Weightlifting certification, elite strength & conditioning training, and Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) accreditation.
